Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, please review the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items received. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the item arrived faulty.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for faulty or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some fitness products may not be eligible for return if they have been used. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
